By accessing and using RoastBlast ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RoastBlast provides a personalised Roast Song creation service where users can create custom Roast Songs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate lyrics and music based on user-provided information.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating songs
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Not submit content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying technology

Content Ownership

Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated Roast Song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing with friends and family, blasting at group hangouts and keeping a copy for personal use.

RoastBlast retains the right to use anonymised data to improve the Service. We will never share your personal stories or Roast content publicly without your explicit consent.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: If you're not satisfied with your Roast, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. We will either regenerate the Roast or provide a full refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

RoastBlast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
